Award for outstanding achievement  -

Our apprentice has successfully completed her apprenticeship as a screen printing media technologist with top marks. She was honored for this exceptional achievement by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Swabia (IHK Schwaben) at a ceremony.

The IHK Schwaben honors the best graduates in the region who have passed their final exams with outstanding results. This means that the award winners are among the best performers in their respective professions. This year, our graduate is not only among the best in her class, but was also honored as the best in Bavaria in the vocational training program for screen printing media technology. At the ceremonial presentation of the certificate by Mr. Jens Walter, Regional Manager of the Augsburg Economic Area of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Swabia, Roos GmbH was also honored – in recognition of our company's special services in vocational training.

The profession of screen printing media technologist is considered demanding and varied. The field of activity includes the independent production of screen printing forms for various applications, operating the printing machines, selecting suitable printing inks, and monitoring the entire printing process. Screen printers check the printing results, ensure compliance with quality standards, and take care of the maintenance and upkeep of the production facilities. 

From the very beginning, our trainee has shown herself to be particularly committed, reliable, and eager to learn. She has familiarized herself with all areas of work with great interest, always taken on new tasks with motivation, and mastered challenges with a great deal of initiative. Her positive attitude and strong team spirit have quickly made her a valued support in everyday work. Her commitment, passion for her profession, and continuous development have contributed significantly to her excellent graduation results.

At Roos GmbH, a company specializing in screen printing, we are particularly proud of our successful graduate. For us, this award is personal confirmation of the commitment and talent of our trainees. At the same time, it demonstrates the high-quality training we perform as a company in qualifying future skilled workers.
